The Christmas Star (Readers Theater)

The star describes what happened on that night of nights: the birth of a baby, the angels, the shepherds and their sleepy sheep, the Wise Men, and even King Herod!

This story-poem script is formatted for 8 to 40 solo reading parts and occasional lines where all readers speak together. The script may be performed with just 8 readers. However, if you want to involve more readers, simply add them as needed. No reader numbers have been assigned after the first verse. This is done so that a teacher/director may use a flexible number of readers during performance.
